1905 ABRT Intercept tone detected from far end.
1. Get the test line data from and verify it with the far end.
2. Dial the test number manually to see if the TTL is reached.
If not, then either the number is wrong or the far end is administered
incorrectly.
1906 ABRT Reorder tone detected from far end.
