Backing Up and Restoring the System

The system restore procedure enables you to restore the entire system setup from a USB
drive back to the panel, including all memory registers and the DVE shot box.
Use the following steps to restore the system:
1. Navigate to the System Menu:
~ In the Menu Bar, press {Page} to display page 2 (if required). Then,
press the
{System} button.
2. Press {Backup and Restore} to display the Backup and Restore Menu.
3. Insert a USB drive into the USB Port on the top of the control panel.
4. Press {Restore System} to display the Backup Menu.
5. In the directory, navigate to the folder from which you want to restore the system,
and highlight the backup file.
~ To open or close a highlighted folder, press {Open/Close} as required.
6. Press {Restore System} to begin the “restore” procedure.
Tip
Touch the desired location on the touch screen, or for more
accuracy, use the eraser end of a pencil.
