8.10 IC I/O Signal Set-up
Set the information on the general equipment connected to the IC I/O signal monitored with this
integrated software TG-2000A.
8.10.1 Setting Procedure and Restrictions
Confirm the precautions and procedure before setting the IC I/O signal.
[Procedure]
1) Select the [IC I/O Signal Set-up] button.
Click on the [IC I/O Signal Set-up] button located in
the system setting group on the initial window.
2) Select the [OK] button after confirming the display
contents.
If any alarms appear on the preparation screen,
check whether there are any problems.
* When the [Cancel] button is clicked, this setting is terminated to
return to the initial window.
The IC I/O signal is set with the following steps.

To use the free contact on the indoor unit, it must be enabled by switching the dipswitches on the
indoor unit. Make the settings by following the table below.
The indoor units of R410A compatible models or R407C compatible models ver. 33 or later (*1) have a free contact.
*The version can be checked in the indoor unit version display on the maintenance tool.
(Reference) On the models before the ones with a free contact, the following switches are used to configure the following settings:
SW1-5: Remote display switch, SW1-9: Auto recovery after power failure, SW1-10 Power start/stop.
If the free contact function on the indoor unit is enabled, other functions on the external input/output CN32, CN51, and CN52 (excep

operation status output and abnormality output on CN51) will be disabled.
