1) Checking the Windows Service Pack version and
memory size
① Right-click [My Computer] and select [Properties].
Check that the Service Pack version is 4 or later and that
the RAM is at least 512 MB in the [General] tab in the
[System Properties] window.
The RAM size in the right screen shows the actual
RAM size (512 MB) (524,288KB) minus the size of the
memory that is required to generate screen images.
2) Checking the virtual memory size
① Click the [Advanced] tab in the [System Properties] window.
Then, click [Performance Options] under [Performance].
② Click [Change] under [Virtual memory] in the [Performance
Options] window.
