* The (operation) block must be set to use the charging block. (Refer to section 8.11.10)
Check the following details for each indoor unit.
• Addresses of outdoor units in same cooling system. (Refer to section 8.7.4)
• Cooling capacity (performance) of indoor units (Refer to section 8.14.6)
• Power input of indoor units (Refer to section 8.14.6)
• Auxiliary heater of indoor units (Refer to section 8.14.6)
(2) Run the air conditioners
Start all air conditioners from the man-machine (integrated software TG-2000A).
Confirm that each air conditioner runs, and record the state in the charging test run check sheet.
(3) Check the power apportioning billing calculation results
Open the Charging Data Maintenance window, and check the apportioning parameters (unit price 1,
unit price 2) of all indoor units on the previous day. Record the results in the charging test run check
sheet.
(4) Check the settlement results
Check the settlement results on the day after the air conditioners were run for the charging test run
(third day). Then, print the air-conditioning charge settlement results or output them to a file. (Settle
the account after 07:15 a.m. on the settlement day.)
(5) Check the judgment
Check whether "0" is set in any of the apportioning parameters in each block.
Using the "Charging data maintenance" function, compare the values with the time that the air
conditioners were run (convert the time to a minute unit). Confirm that the fan operation time
(applicable parameter) value is less than the compared value.
Judge the results as OK if all of the following judgment conditions are satisfied. (Check on the
Charging Data Maintenance window.)
Condition (1) : The apportionment parameter is not "0"
Condition (2) : The indoor unit's fan operation time (applicable parameter) value is less than
the time (minute unit) that the air conditioner was run
If the state is judged as NG, check and correct the following details.
• Charging block setting (block setting)
• Indoor unit setting (cooling capacity, power input, auxiliary heater)
Carry out the charging test run again after correcting the settings.
Note:
•
A
lways run the all air conditioners for more than two hours on the day after the integrated
software TG-2000A is started up.
(The judgment made in step (5) will be NG if the air conditioners are not run.)
• Record the time that the air conditioner has run.
Note:
• Always check the details on the day after the air conditioners were run (charging test run).
Check after 7:15 a.m.
• Unit prices 3 to 5 are not used, so the apportionment value will be 0.
Maintenance Tip:
• After the charging test run, print out and check the first settlement day results.
• If the system has been modified, check the results for the day after the modifications, and the
results for ten days after or the first settlement day after the changes were made.
Note:
• Check that the details of each setting are correct.
(The air-conditioning charges will be affected if the set values are incorrect.)
