8.8.3 AI controller Set-up（Step 2）
Set-up the function of the AI controller (MCT)
［Operation Method］
1) Select AG-150A/G-50 No. with the ▲/▼ button.
Select a AG-150A/G-50A No. connected to AI Controller
(MCT) with the ▲/▼ button.
2) Set-up the detail of measuring instrumentation.
Select the measuring instrumentation.
Detail setting screen will appear. Make the setting for the
following items.
Sensor name : Short name (8 characters or less)
Full name (20 characters or less)
Sensor type : no use (the sensor is not used)
Temperature (the temperature sensor
is used)
Humidity (the humidity sensor is used)
Measurable range: In the case of selecting temperature,
the range should be –100°C to 100°C
(-148°F to 212°F).
In the case of selecting humidity,
the range should be 0% to 100%.
* Warning appears when the range
is incorrect.
Setting for upper limit alarm：check the checkbox then enter the arbitrary value within the range.
* warning indicates when the range is incorrect
Setting for lower limit alarm：check the checkbox then input the arbitrary range within the limits.
* warning indicates when the range is incorrect
3) To correct the measurement value
If corrections need to be made for the measurement data, offset values
can be set in the screen on the right.
Click the Offset button on MCT advanced setting screen.
Measured value correction screen will appear.
Please set the Offset value or Display. (Offset value and Display are
interlocked.)
Offset value : The value can be set at 0.1 increments within the range of
-10.0～+10.0.
Display : Based on the measured value, the value can be set at 0.1
increments within the range of –10.0～+10.0.
*Measured value and display value will not appear at the initial setting
because there is no record.
4) Set-up the measuring system information.
Setting for the interval to get the trend data.
Please select the value from 1/2/5 with the ▼ button.

Note:
• When the setting value exceed the “upper linit alarm” or “lower limit alarm”, the AI contoller icon
will turn orange.
• AG-150A/G-50A has the function of reporting the “upper linit alarm” or “lower limit alarm” by email.
