Change the general equipment settings
[Procedure]
1) Select the general equipment No.
Click the general equipment No. to be
changed. A submenu opens.
2) Select the [Change] button.
When [Change] is selected from the submenu,
the General equipment Details Set-up window
opens.
3) Set the details to be changed.
Set the details to be changed on the General equipment Details Set-up window.
4) After making all of the settings, select the [OK] button.
* If the [Cancel] button is clicked, the settings are canceled and the General equipment Set-up screen opens.
Copy the general equipment functions
[Procedure]
1) Select the general equipment No.
Click the general equipment No. to be
changed. A submenu opens.
2) Select the [Copy] button.
When [Copy] is selected from the submenu,
the details set for the general equipment are
copied.
3) Click the general equipment No., and select [Paste]
Click the general equipment No. into which the details are to be pasted, and then select [Paste].
The set details are reflected onto the General equipment Set-up screen.
* The general equipment's name is also copied, so change it on the General equipment Details Set-up screen.
Note:
• Up to 20 characters can be input for the general equipment's full name.
(Short name: up to 8 characters.)
• Up to 8 characters can be input for the operation, stop and error display characters.
• Single quotations (') cannot be used in the name or display characters.
• Up to eight general equipment units (addresses 1 to 8) can be connected to one PLC.
• Only "The number of abnormalities 1" in the Abnormalities/warning state can be used for one
general equipment
.
• The schedule function can not be selected in TG-2000A of Ver. 4.10.
• The function of general equipment can be selected the following item.

• The general equipment's operation setting and display functions should be set to "Operate"
and "It is updated automatically.". If "It is updated from TG-2000A only." is used, the screen
display and actual general equipment state may not match.
