9.6.2 Remedial Apportionment Set-up window (PLC, PI controller)
If the charging data is damaged (regardless of whether there is a backup) due to an HDD fault, the air-
conditioning charges can be remedially calculated using this function.
(1) Set each remedial apportionment item.
[Procedure]
1) Select the [Remedial Apportioning] button.
From the initial window, click the [Remedial
Apportioning] button. The Remedial
Apportioning Set-up window opens.
2) Set the settlement period
Use clicking and the “
/
” buttons to set the
dates of the interval to be calculated with this
remedial apportioning. A period from the
previous day to the past 122 days can be set.
3) Select the basic charges
If the settlement interval is one month,
application of the basic charges can be selected.
Select the [Include Basic Charges] or [Exclude
Basic Charges] option button.
4) Set the apportioning period
Use clicking and the “
/
” buttons to set the remedial period dates.
(2) Calculate remedial apportioning.
[Procedure]
1) Click [OK] button.
Click the [OK] button after setting the required items on the
Remedial Apportioning Set-up window. The Remedial
Apportioning Confirmation screen opens.
2) Select the [OK] button after confirming the displayed details.
The Calculating window opens.
* The apportioning calculation stops when the [Cancel] button is clicked.
Note:
This remedial apportioning calculates the air-conditioning charges as a remedial measure. If there
are any amounts carried over from the previous month, they are excluded from the remedial
calculation.
If the settlement period is for one month, the air-conditioning charges including the basic charges
can be calculated.
The operation amount and electric amount must be monitored before remedial apportionment.
Caution:
Always monitor the operation amount and power amount data for
the fault occurrence period
and the days before and after that period.

Note:
If HDD is out of order, remedial apportioning should be carried out by the day before.
The default settlement period is the previous month.
[Include Basic Charges] can be selected only when the settlement period is one month.
If the recovery date exceeds the settlement day, remedial apportioning should be carried out fo
r
both the current month and next month.
A
pplication of the basic charges cannot be selected when using the power apportionment billing
(manual electric amount input) without WHM connected.
