(2) Check watt hour meter values (
Before the test run of the air-conditioner:No.1)
Check the types and meter values of all watt hour meters connected to the PLC or PI controller,
and record the results in the charging test run check sheet. (The watt hour meter's meter count
value can also be monitored from the "Charging Data Maintenance" function. Refer to section 9.2.5
for details.)
(3) Run the air conditioners
Start all air conditioners from the man-machine (TG-2000A).
Confirm that each air conditioner runs, and record the state in the charging test run check sheet.
(4) Check watt hour meter values (
After the test run of the air-conditioner:No.2)
After running the air conditioners, check the type and meter values of all watt hour meters
connected to the PLC or PI controller. Record the results in the charging test run check sheet.
(5) Check the billing apportioning results
Open the Charging Data Maintenance window, and check the electric amount (unit price 1, unit
price 2) of all indoor units and watt hour meter's electric amount (unit price 1 and unit price 2) on the
previous day. Record the results in the charging test run check sheet.
(6) Check the settlement results
Check the results on the next day after the charging test run. Print the settlement results or output
to a file. (Settle the account after 05:10 a.m. on the settlement day.)
(7) Check the judgment
a. Check whether "0" is set as the electric amount for the watt hour meters (Check on the Charging
Data Maintenance window)
Judge as OK if the electric amount (unit price 1, unit price 2) is not "0".
If the electric amount is "0", check and correct the following details.
• Check whether the values confirmed on the watt hour meter in check No. 1 and check No. 2
differ by more than 1kWh. If the value has not increased, check the watt hour meter, and run
the air conditioners again.
• Check the LAN connection between the PLC and computer.
• Check the pulse wiring, etc., between the PLC and watt hour meter.
Note:
• Always run the all air conditioners for more than two hours
(The judgment made in step (7) will be NG if the air conditioners are not run.)
Note:
• Check that the measured meter values are not larger than the values measured previousl
y
in step (2).
If the values are the same, run the air conditioners for another two hours or more.
(Carry out test run operation with the local remote controller or central remote controller.)
Caution
• Visually confirm the pulse unit indicated on the watt hour meter itself before setting the pulse unit.
*Refer to the operation manual for the watt hour meter for details.
• Check that the details of each setting are correct.
(The air-conditioning charges will be affected if the set values are incorrect.)
Note:
• Check the man-machine charging system settings on the day after the test run.
• Confirm that the pulse is not reversed beforehand.
Note:
• Always check the details on the day after the air conditioners were run (charging test run).
• Unit price 3 to 5 are not used, so the apportionment value will be 0.
