b. Check that the watt hour meter reading and the meter monitor value are not much different.
Check that the difference between the watt hour meter readings (visual check) and the difference
between the meter monitor values are almost the same.
Meter reading
(after the test run of the air-conditioner)
-Meter reading(before the test run of the air-conditioner)
Meter monitor value
(after the test run of the air-conditioner)
-Meter monitor value(before the test run of the air-conditioner)
Check the following if there is a big difference between each difference.
・Pulse unit setting
・Pulse wiring between PLC and watt hour meter (or between PI ccontroller and watt hour meter)
c. Check whether "0" is set for any of the apportioning results in each block. (Check on the
Charging Data Maintenance window)
Judge as OK if the apportioned electric amounts (unit price 1, unit price 2) are not "0".
(Reference)The relation between apportioning electric amount and mode is as follow.
Apportioning
mode
Confirmation
Mode 1 Apportioning electric amount of outdoor unit
= Other than 0
Mode 2 Apportioning electric amount of outdoor unit
= Other than 0
Electric amount of crankcase heater
= Other than 0

Apportioning
electric amount of
indoor unit
Not apportioned
-
* When the apportioning electric amount is small, “0.0kWh” is displayed.
If the electric amounts are "0", check and correct the following details.
• Cooling capacity of indoor units
• Power input of indoor units
• Fan operation time and performance save amount on Charging Data Maintenance window
• Correspondence of outdoor unit and watt hour meter
• Correspondence of indoor unit and watt hour meter
d. Check that the total of the apportioning results for all indoor units matches the total of the watt
hour meters. (Check on the Air-conditioning Charge window)
There may be an error caused by an apportioning error or due to the number of displayed digits.
If the error is (number of blocks × 0.1) kWh or less, the state is OK.
If the error exceeds (number of blocks × 0.1) kWh, check and correct the following settings.
(Note that this applies when the pulse unit is 1kWh/pulse or less)
• Charging block setting (block setting)
e. Confirm that the basic charges are included in the block settlement amount shown in the
settlement results (Check with Air-conditioning Charge window)
Block settlement amount = (Total of apportioned electric amounts of indoor units in block) × Unit
+ basic charges
As there will be a calculation error, the value is OK if the error is the number of blocks ×
minimum currency unit (one yen) or less.
If the error exceeds the number of blocks × minimum currency unit, check and correct the
following settings.
• Charging block setting (block setting)
• Basic charge setting
f. Check whether "0" is set for any of the apportioned electric amounts in the block.
Judge as OK if the apportioned electric amounts are not "0".
If the electric amounts are "0", check and correct the following details.
• Charging block settings (block setting)
• Indoor unit capacity
