*1 : Version Ver. 1.01 or later is required for the electric amount count software.
2. Precautions for upgrading functions
Observe the following points when upgrading the air conditioner system's functions.
(1) The power rate, etc., cannot be counted while the power for the power rate count software PLC is OFF.
(It is the same with when the power to the PL controller is OFF.)
Either turn the power OFF for the count target while the PLC (*1) power is OFF, or notify the owner that
the power rate, etc., cannot be counted during the expansion work.
*1:It is the same with PI controller.
Never use the initial request button for an electric amount count software PLC that is running. If used,
the charge data, etc., will all be cleared.
(2) When using the power apportion billing, the settlement period should be calculated before starting the
upgrade. The results for the settled period should always be printed or output to a file. Normal charging
may not be possible while the functions are being upgraded, so the air conditioner breaker should be
turned OFF.
(3) Back up the TG-2000A database before and after the expansion work, and save each database. Refer
to Appendix 5.
3. Operation methods
Upgrade the air conditioner system's functions with the following procedures.
The procedures are divided for the "power apportion billing", "energy saving" and "peak cut" addition
functions, so carry out all steps corresponding to the function being used.
