5.3.2 Running TG-2000A Setup (New setup) (TG-2000A Ver.5.1*)
The TG-2000A setup is performed in three stages:
Step 1) MSDE setup (+ auto restart computer)
Step 2) Database setup
Step 3) TG-2000A setup (+ restart computer)
Step 1) MSDE setup
Run the ¥WindowsXP¥Setup¥Step1¥SETUP.exe.
Check the confirmation message, and click the [OK] button.
* To cancel the setup, click the [Cancel] button.
Time required for setup: Approx. 2-3 min.
The screen shown on the right appears when the setup
is completed. Click the [OK] button. The computer is
automatically reset, and will be restarted.
Step 2) Database setup
Run the ¥WindowsXP ¥Setup¥Step2¥DbSetup.bat.
A DOS window will open and the close 10 seconds
later when the process has finished.
Note:
• Perform the 3 setup steps sequentially
. Otherwise, the TG-2000A will not operate properly.
• Be sure to log-in to Windows, using the Auto log-in name and password before executing the
set-up.
(It is necessary to execute the log-in with a log-in name having administrator rights.)
