9.8 Maintaining the charge data by deleting the carry over amount for the unused unit
prices
If one or more unit prices between Unit Price 1 through 5 are unused, the carryover amount for those items
may cause incorrect trend data to be output. (There are no problems with the apportioned charge
calculations.)
Clearing the carryover amount for the unused unit prices will enable the output of correct trend data.
Clearing the carryover amount
[Procedure]
1) Select the [Charge Comparison Data Maintenance] button.
From the initial window, click the [Charge Comparison
Data Maintenance] button in the Maintenance group.
The Charge Comparison Data Maintenance window opens.
2) Select the target unit
Select the unit to be cleared.
Target: " WHM/Measurement meter ", "AG-150A/G-50A"
Target unit: AG-150A/G-50A, meter (with target selection box)
3) Check the [Delets carryover]
Check the check box next to [Deletes carryover] to display
[Selects appropriate unit price].
4) Select the unit price that was not used.
Select the unit price that was not used under
[Selects appropriate unit price], and click the [Delete] button.
The carried over amount that corresponds to the unit price
will be cleared.
5) Select the [OK] button when completed.
The initial window will open.

・If the charge data for the previous day has not been acquired,
the carryover amount cannot be cleared.
Try again after collecting the charge data.
