8.16 Charge Set-up (For PLC, PI controller and without WHM connection)
Set the power apportionment billing's basic charges, weekly charges and annual charges, etc., in this
integrated software (TG-2000A) system.
The power apportionment billing function does not work unless this information is set. These charges
can also be set from the Management window.
8.16.1 Setting Procedure and Restrictions
Check the charge setting procedures and items.
Set the charges
[Procedure]
1) Select the [Charge Setting] button.
From the initial window, click the [Charge Setting]
button in the System Settings group. The Charge
Setting window opens.
When the [Set Complete] button is clicked, the initial window
opens.
Setting items:
• Currency unit • Basic charge
•
Season period • Weekly charge (electricity unit price)
•
Annual charge • Meter unit price
Complete the charge settings
1) Select the [Set Complete] button.
Set the various items, and click the [Set Complete] button on the Charge Setting screen. The initial
setting window opens.
8.16.2 Currency unit set (Step 1)
Follow these steps to set the currency.
Setting the currency
[Procedure]
1) Click the currency unit [Change] button.
Select the currency unit [Change] button on the Charge Setting window to open the Currency Unit
screen.
2) Set the currency unit.
Select the currency unit from the list. If the required currency unit is not displayed in the list, select
"Etc.", and enter the currency unit in the [Currency Unit] field. Enter the number of decimal places in
the [Number of decimal places (0-4)] field.
3) Select the [OK] button to end the settings.
* If the [Cancel] button is clicked on, the settings will be canceled and the Rate Setting window will open.
Maintenance Tip (Caution)
• When making changes to the settings, be sure to compile charge information up to the previous
day and print it out or have the results in hand before making changes to the settings. If charge
information is not processed, the charge information will not be apportioned correctly.
The monthly bill consists of a) + b) + standard charge
a) Charge information from the start of the current charge period to the day prior to any changes
b) Charge information from the day after any changes to the end of the current charge period
There may be a discrepancy in the charge information just before or after a change to these
settings.
