Procedures to shorten the charging test run (For PLC)
This charging test run must be carried out before starting actual charging.
1. Preparation
Confirm that the air conditioner test run and the TG-2000A system's settings are completed before
starting this charging test run.
1) Make the initial settings, including the charging system
After installing TG-2000A, make all of the necessary settings, including the charging system.
Confirm that test run of all air conditioners has been completed, and make sure that the correct date
and time are set.
2) Stop all air conditioners.
Confirm that all units in the air conditioner system are stopped. Use TG-2000A to stop any running air
conditioners.
3) Change the settings for charging test run.
Change the charging settings to those for confirming the
charging test run.
Refer to section 11.3 in the integrated software TG-2000A
Instruction Manual (Site Adjustment).
* Set the charge time zone as shown on the right.
Unit price 1: 00:00 to 07:00, 09:00 to 24:00
Unit price 2: 07:00 to 09:00
Unit price 3: No setting
Unit price 4: No setting
Unit price 5: No setting
* Check that the settlement date is set to the previous day.
2. Charging test run
Return the date, and change the time as shown below to carry out the charging test run in a short time.
1) Return the date and time by two days
Using the TG-2000A time setting function, return the time to "23:59:00 two days prior
". (To change the
date.)
2) Change to the charge processing time (part 1)
Confirm that the TG-2000A computer's time is set to "00:05" or later. Then, using the time setting
function, set the time to the charging process start time "04:00:00". (To collect data)
3) Change to the charge processing time (part 2)
Wait for at least 15 minutes, and then change the time to "05:00:00" using the time setting function. (To
calculate the apportionment) The message "Calculating apportionment. Wait" will appear while calculating
the charges.
4) Change the time to the test run start time
Wait 15 minutes and then change the time to "05:59:00" using the time setting function.
Appendix 4: Shortening the Charging Test Run
Note:
Perform the test run with TG2000A being set to “Always connected to AG-150A/G-50
A
system ’Activate’ ” on User Setting 2.
Set it back to “Always connected to AG-150A/G-50A system ‘Deactivate’ ” if TG2000A is no
