5.7 Checking the Settings

Starting with the measurement display (
5.5.2, page 5-11), pressing any key except the
MEASURE key will access the MAIN MENU;
from here, the following steps are to be follo-
wed
:
(If the display is showing anything other
than the measurement display, pressing the
MEASURE key will return to the measurement
display).
5.7 Checking the Settings
Set the preferred language for the software;
each analyzer shipped with 3 out of below list
of available languages.
Currently available (may be extended by
future software versions.):
EN: English, FR: French, DE: German,
IT: Italian, ES: Spanish, PT: Portuguese
Note!
If you are unfamiliar with the language set:
page 5-12 shows the sequence to be
used to set a different language.

If the system has been set up accordingly, the
code for access level 1 must be entered at this
point to enable access to the following menu.
Note!
The factory setting for this unit is “no code
required”. For ease of operation, it is recom-
mended to use the factory settings for access
codes while setting up the unit for the rst
time. In the following sections, therefore, no
more reference will be made to any need for
entering a code.
The following sections are structured so that
the user can work through them one by one
after powering up the unit. After completing
these steps, the unit will be congured to the
user’s needs and functioning correctly.
