Select the servo lock at speed control mode stop, the VC-
VLA voltage averaging, and the speed limit in torque control
mode.
Selection of servo lock at stop
In the speed control mode, the servo motor
shaft can be locked to prevent the shaft from
being moved by the external force.
0: Valid (Servo-locked)
The operation to maintain the stop position is
performed.
1: Invalid (Not servo-locked)
The stop position is not maintained.
The control to make the speed 0r/min is
performed.
Selection of speed limit for torque control
0: Valid
1: Invalid
Do not use this function except when
configuring a speed loop externally.
If the speed limit is invalid, the following
parameters can be used.

Used to set the filtering time when the analog
speed command (VC) voltage or analog speed
limit (VLA) is imported.
Set 0 to vary the speed to voltage fluctuation in
real time. Increase the set value to vary the
speed slower to voltage fluctuation.
