authentication
Use the
configure authentication
command to indicate the user login authorization sources and the
sequence in which to check them.
Examples The following example configures the Server Switch to authenticate to the RADIUS server, then to the
local database if server authentication fails:
SFS-7000P(config)# authentication login default radius local
The following example configures the Server Switch to authenticate to the TACACS+ server then to the
local database if server authentication fails:
SFS-7000P(config)# authentication login default tacacs local
The following example configures the Server Switch to authenticate to the local database, then to the
RADIUS server if server authentication fails:
SFS-7000P(config)# authentication login default local radius
The following example configures the Server Switch to authenticate to the local database, then to the
TACACS+ server if server authentication fails:
SFS-7000P(config)# authentication login default local tacacs
