CompactFlash card?
• Replace with one of the CompactFlash
cards shown in the following section.

• Stop file access before turning off the
power or resetting the control CPU.

Is the MES interface module whose first 5
digits of serial No. are “16071” or lower
used?
• Use the MES interface module whose
first 5 digits of serial No. are “16072” or
higher.
Tag collection error occurs.
Were the devices of RCPU which do not
exist in the range of QCPU or C Controller
module collected?
• Access the device within the range that
can be collected for QCPU or C
Controller module.
