Combines character strings.
Example: "ABCDEFG" + "HIJ" "ABCDEFGHIJ"

operation is performed using the numerical values.
Both or either of them cannot be converted to numerical values, the job
execution is canceled.
At this time, "Operation error" is displayed in the error log.
