The working log of the MES interface module can be checked.
In [Working log], error log data of the MES interface module and job event log data can be
checked.
1 Select [Online] [View working log] from the menu.
2 The [Working log] dialog box is displayed.

Error log
Date, Error code, Summary Error log data of the MES interface module are displayed.
