To check the ReadiVoice processes:
1 Open a Telnet session to the CACS as user cnow and switch user to root
(or log into the CACS as root and use an XTerm window).
2 Change directories to
/rahome
and enter
./racheck
for a brief
summary, or
./check
more detail.
The system should show the required ReadiVoice processes running, as
shown in Figure 4-1. Additional processes may also be listed.
You can also check the processes using the ReadiVoice Administration
interface. See “Checking System Status” on page 71.
3 If all required processes aren’t running, follow the procedure in
“Stopping and Restarting ReadiVoice Processes” on page 111.
