controller.
• The resolution of the cam No. specified with
(D) or (S) differs from the number of
transferred words specified with (n).
• (S) to (S)+(n-1) is outside the device range.
• (D) to (D)+(n-1) is outside the device range.
• (n) is 0 or a negative number.
• (S) is a bit device and the device number is not
a multiple of 16
• (D) is a bit device and the device number is not
a multiple of 16.
• PX/PY is set in (S) to (S)+(n-1).
• PX/PY is set in (D) to (D)+(n-1).
• Correct the program so that cam data is that
of the already registered cam No..
