allocated.

Specifies the number of storage areas.
tot
Specifies (in kilobytes) the total amount of storage available to
end-user applications and CT/Engine functions. Storage not
included in this total is storage obtained during CT/Engine
initialization for the following:
resident load modules
internal trace table
Logical Resource Table
log buffers
This storage is excluded from the tot field of the display because
once allocated it remains allocated for the life of the address space.
