Explanation: A request to stop monitoring an NCP resource has been entered,
but there are lower level resources which are still being monitored. These
resources must be manually stopped, before the requested resource can be
stopped module_name is the name of the module detecting the error, and
resource_name is the name of the resource that was to be stopped.
System Action: A pop-up appears explaining the available options.

Block (CRB). return_code is the return code and sense_code is the sense code
from the KN3AXCRB macro.

KN3AF151 SMF RESPONSE TIME RECORDING FOR NCP RESOURCES IS INACTIVE
Explanation: The automatic collection task (ACT) cannot collect response time
data for NCP resources because of any of the following reasons:
The NPALU is inactive.
The NCP collector is down.
The NCP collector is not connected to the NPALU.
System Action: SMF response time groups for NCP resources are marked
inactive in OMEGAMON II for VTAM and no SMF records are written for these
groups.
User Response: Investigate the status of the NPALU, NCP collector, and the
session between them. Refer to the OMEGAMON II for VTAM Configuration and
Customization Guide.
