Explanation: You are attempting to start a Queue Manager. However, the
Queue Manager is already active.
User Response: None.
KMC0165S An invalid action code was detected by the Configuration Agent.
Explanation: An unsupported action request was sent to the Configuration
Agent by the Configuration Manager.
User Response: Collect the agent and CMS log files, and call Candle Customer
Support.
KMC0166S A failure occurred in the MQSeries DSPMQFLS command.
