storage (BLDVRP returned X2C).
System Action: CT/Engine continues, using virtual storage for the buffer
pool(s) that could not be allocated in Hiperspace.

KLVST041 ERROR INITIALIZING SYSMDUMP DATASET
Explanation: An OPEN macro was issued to initialize the SYSMDUMP dataset,
