KOGVS01E INVALID VALUE FOR PLU APPLID=applid
Explanation: The VTAM Primary Logical Unit Application ID specified in the
KDSCNFG member of the TLVPARM ddname dataset is invalid. The applid value
indicates the value specified on the START KOGVUSRV control statement. This
value is required and must specify an active VTAM APPLID defined for the VU
Server process.
System Action: VU Server is aborted.
User Response: Correct the START KOGVUSRV startup control statement to
refer to the valid PLU APPLID as described in the installation documentation.
Verify that the PLU APPLID is properly configured and varied active.
KOGVS02E INVALID VALUE FOR TIMEOUT=seconds
Explanation: The inactivity time limit specified in the KDSCNFG member of the
TLVPARM ddname dataset is invalid. The seconds value indicates the value
specified on the START KOGVUSRV control statement. This value is optional but,
if specified, must be numeric in format.
System Action: VU Server startup is aborted.
User Response: Correct the START KOGVUSRV startup control statement to
specify a valid time limit as described in the installation documentation.
Note: The CT/DS (Data Collection) address space must be restarted to restart
the VU Server.
KOGVS03E INVALID VALUE FOR TRACE=level
Explanation: The trace level specified in the KDSCNFG member of the
TLVPARM ddname dataset is invalid. The level value indicates the value specified
on the START KOGVUSRV control statement. This value is optional but, if
specified, must be one of the following values: ALL, FLOW, PACKETS, SQL1,
SERVER, THREAD, or LU0.
System Action: VU Server startup is aborted.
User Response: Correct the START KOGVUSRV startup control statement to
specify a valid trace level, as described in the installation documentation.
KOGVS04I ANCHOR=addr PLU APPLID=applid TIMEOUT=seconds TRACE=level
Explanation: This message reports the startup values used by the VU Server for
execution. The addr value indicates the VU Server anchor control block address
where global system options are stored during the life of the VU Server process.
