PERFMEV attribute of the queue manager being monitored is set to DISABLED.
This attribute must be set to ENABLED in order for the OMEGAMON Monitoring
Agent for WebSphere MQ to collect this information.
System Action: The OMEGAMON Monitoring Agent for WebSphere MQ
continues monitoring but some queue statistics data will be unavailable.
