Generating a Call Detail Record
Generate Report
If no options are chosen and the Generate Button is clicked on, then the report will be based on
the following default settings.
• ISDN calls
• Outbound calls
• Successful calls - calls that only connected
• Date range is defaulted to all calls in the database for selected endpoints.
Customizing Reports
You will be able to select different options for generating a report customized to your needs.
Call types:
• Predened selectable date ranges or custom date settings under Report type
• Option to include only ISDN and/or IP calls
• Options to include outbound and/or inbound calls
• Option to include successful and/or failed calls
• Automatic CSV le format report generation
• Option to include headers in the CSV le
Other options:
Generate CSV le - Generates a CSV le and an html report concurrently.
Include column headers with CSV le - Provides column headers to note what column is what in
the CSV le.
