Using the audio controls________________________________
Strata CS’s audio controls make it easy to create and listen to recordings by using
the following audio controls.
You will find these controls throughout the Client wherever you can create or
listen to recordings.
Recording and playing messages
You create recordings by speaking into your phone.
Using voice file bookmarks
In some dialog boxes in the Client you can set bookmarks in voice files by
dragging the arrows that appear under the slider bar. When you play a message
that has bookmarks, only the portion of the file between the bookmarks plays.
This capability can be useful, for example, when you want to mark the location of
an important phone number in a voice message.
Record When you are ready to record, pick up your phone, and
then click the button. A beep signals that recording has
begun.
Stop When you are done recording, you can either hang up or
click the button.
Play To hear what you recorded, click the button.
