The Call Monitor view

information about changing Call Monitor view columns, see Customizing
columns on page 18-11.
Note: Based on the current color of a call you can identify the direction it (purple
arrow indicates an Outbound call, and a green arrow indicates an Inbound call).
When a call is a consultation call (such as Supervised Transfer) you cannot
transfer or conference it.
Each row in the Call Monitor view is an item that contains information about one
call, or one party in a call. Conference calls appear as a grouped item with each
party to the conference call as a separate indented row.
