on the Global Label Setting screen.
"Relation with System Label", "System Label Name"
and "Attribute" are not used in examples shown in

Settings
• Constant : When the label class is
"VAR_GLOBAL", you cannot set or
change the initial value.
• Comment : No setting
• Remark : No setting
