A. SelectingApplianceLocation
When selecting a location for the appliance it is important to
consider the required clearances to walls (see Figure 5.1).
WARNING! Risk of Fire or Burns! Provide adequate
clearance around air openings and for service access.
Due to high temperatures, the appliance should be locat-
ed out of trafc and away from furniture and draperies.

It is important to follow the framing and nishing instruc-
tions step by step to ensure proper placement of replace
in the surrounding framing/nishing materials. For addi-
tional information and considerations for the active con-
vection technology in regards to appliance location and
framing, see Section 9.
Note: Consider installation of the active con-
vection blower when determining appliance
location. See Section 9.C for more detailed
information.
