The numbering follows the labeling of the video inputs on the actual unit.
Source type input 1 to Source type input 8:
To allow video recorders to be connected as a video source, you can change the
characteristic of the video source from the preset value of Camera to VCR.
Video recorders require a more tolerant setting for the internal PLL as a result of
jitter effects caused by the mechanical components of a video recorder.
Note
In some cases, selecting the Video recorder option can lead to an im-
provement in the video image even with a camera connected.
