This instruction logs specified devices, and stores the logged data to extension registers (R) in the RAM and extension
file registers (ER) in a memory cassette.

1. 16-bit operation (LOGR and LOGRP)
While the instruction is driven, “m” devices starting from are logged until “n” sectors of extension registers (R)
starting from and extension file registers (ER) in a memory cassette are filled.
