Follow the flowchart below if the RUN indicator goes out during operation.

(1) Defective CPU module
part or contact.
(2) Excessive noise.
Set the CPU module
RUN/STOP switch to STOP.
Write END to address 0 from
a peripheral device.
Set the RUN/STOP switch to
RUN. Operate in monitor
mode from peripheral device.
