The domain abc.com defines the following three types of COS:
• lobby_dial_plan (lowest COS)
• local_dial_plan
• company_dial_plan (highest COS)
A subscriber that has company_dial_plan COS will also have access to routes
defined for lobby_dial_plan and local_dial_plan. The domain xyz.com defines a
COS, all_dial_plans, that is available to all subscribers in this domain.
Tip: It is assumed that each subscriber is assigned a 10-digit alias in all
the domains.
