Specifies the number of people in a
list of buddies. This is the number of
people that a user is subscribing to in
order to view their presence.
Although a user can be logged into
numerous devices, the list of buddies
is a shared resource. For example, if
the max list of buddies size is set to
10, there can be 10 buddies on each
of the client devices (the same 10
buddies, not 10 per device). The
client has the option of sending any
of the buddies.
