You can connect a microphone to a personal computer and hear the sound through a
speaker connected to the camera. To perform the operation, you need to log in as
Administrator. When you log in as User, the operation is disabled.
Click the “Audio Out start” button below the image.

The audio out mode starts and sound captured by the microphone connected to
the personal computer is heard from the speaker connected to the camera.
To cancel the audio output mode, click the “Audio Out
stop” button.

Connect an audio output device (such as a speaker with a built-in amplifier) with the
audio-out jack of the camera. (No audio can be output when connecting a speaker
without a built-in amplifier).
●
For a microphone connected to a personal computer, refer to the operating instructions
of your computer.
●
You cannot output voices from the multiple personal computers simultaneously (from
one computer only).
●
When the camera is functioning in the audio output mode, you can not output the
voices from the camera through a personal computer (→ page. 26).
