• Grind the cutting angle of the knives to 30°
• Remove spacer “A” beneath the knife.
• Tighten the knife and grind until the cutting
edge is 0.118 in. (3 mm) wide.
• Retain the settings of the surface grinder and
grind all the other knives exactly the same.
• The knives can be sharpened up to the limits
shown in the display.
After this, the knives are used up and must be
replaced by new ones.
