10.7. Sample Pan Support
The sample pan support may need to be cleaned if high volatile material
condenses on it.
Turn the unit OFF.
Use the supplied tweezers to carefully remove the pan support up out of the test
chamber.
Clean the support post and pan support arms by wiping with a soft cloth or paper
towel.
Carefully reinstall the pan support into the balance stem.
Ensure the arms of the support are all level and about 1/16” to 3/16” from the heat
shield. See page 13 for inspection instructions.
10.8. Lithium Battery Replacement
If the clock fails to keep accurate time when the instrument is turned off for long periods,
the battery on the main control board may be depleted and need to be changed. The
battery is not field replaceable. Contact AZI customer service at 800-528-7411,
