TROUBLE CONDITIONS

A display of “MODEM COMM” indicates that the control is on-line with the central
station’s remote computer. The control will not operate while on-line.
If the POWER indicator is off, operating power is not present and the system is
inoperative. CALL FOR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. If the POWER indicator is on, but
the message ‘AC LOSS” is displayed, the system is operating on battery power only.
If only some lights are out on the premises, check circuit breakers and fuses and reset or
replace as necessary. CALL FOR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY if AC power cannot be
restored.
The following displays will appear on non-alpha keypads when the associated trouble
condition (previously described) is present.
97 = CALL SERVICE
FC = COMM FAILURE
BAT = SYSTEM LO BAT
(if no zone number) or LO BAT (if zone number shows)
CC = MODEM COMM
NO AC = AC LOSS
