Maintenance: Monthly Preventive Maintenance

Cleanliness
* Check the condition of return air filters. Replace them if necessary.
* Check the condition of the drain pan and remove any accumulation of debris in the pan.
Mechanical
* Ensure that all components of the evaporator blower and its motor are moving freely, with no signs of
binding or damages.
* Inspect the set-screws on fan blades and bushings to make sure that they are tight.
* Verify that the condensate line is flowing freely.
* Verify that the humidification system does not have leaks at the fill and drain valves and that these
modes of operation are functional.
* Ensure that there are no kinks in the steam delivery system from the cylinder top to steam distributor.
* Check for build-up in optional cleanable cylinders and clean them as required.

* Verify the chilled water supply temperature for chilled water modules.

Electrical
* Inspect the electrical panel to ensure tight connections. Tighten any loose contact terminals, which can
cause overheated connections.
* Confirm that the incoming main power is within 10% of the main power requirement listed on the
Module’s nameplate.
* Verify that the control voltage is within 10% of 24 V.
