7.0 SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING
If there is a problem with the matrix bay, first try pressing the reset button located on
the front of the Video Output Card. This will reset the operation of the matrix bay
and reload all information such as camera and monitor idents, etc. from the Con-
troller. If this does not correct the problem, refer to various sections within this
manual as well as other System 9760 documentation to try to isolate and resolve
the problem. If still unsuccessful, contact Pelco for assistance.
