The standard scanner link cable length is 3 feet – 1 meter. Other scanner link
cable lengths are available upon request. Contact Metrologic Customer Service
for additional details.
If there is a need to lengthen the scanner link cable, use a cable with #26 wire.
The scanner link cable can be easily extended to 100 feet without signal
difficulty. The following are listings of the cable pin outs for the 19-pin female and
the 8-pin male ends of the link cable. (Refer to Figures 26 and 27)
