Outline
This instruction creates many output patterns corresponding to the current value of a counter.
1. Instruction format
2. Set data
3. Applicable devices
S1: "D.b" is available only in FX3U and FX3UC PLCs. However, index modifiers (V and Z) are not available.
S2: This function is supported only in FX
3G/FX3GC/FX3U/FX3UC PLCs.
S3: This function is supported only in FX
3U/FX3UC PLCs.
Explanation of function and operation
1. 16-bit operation (ABSD)
In this example, outputs are controlled to ON or OFF by one rotation (0 to 360° using the rotation angle signal of
1°/pulse).
The current value of the counter is compared with the data table with "n" lines starting from (which
occupies "n" lines × 2 devices), and consecutive "n" outputs starting from are controlled to ON or OFF during
one rotation.
Operand type Description Data type
Head device number storing the data table (with rising and falling point data) 16- or 32-bit binary
Counter number for monitoring the current value compared with the data table 16- or 32-bit binary
Head bit device number to be output Bit
n
Number of lines in the table and the number of output bit devices
[1 n 64]
