Yearly Schedules
IMPORTANT
Settings and changes made in daily schedules, weekly schedules and
yearly schedules do only apply to the allocated time program, not any other
time program(s).
The yearly schedules can be changed for a specific period by assigning
different daily schedules to particular weekdays of the desired period.
Example:
The yearly schedule consists of the weekly schedules ´workday` and
´weekend`. Only during the holiday period every day is assigned to the
'Weekend' daily schedule.
From 01.01.2007 to 15.07.2007 ´Workday` schedule (Mo – Fr)
´Weekend `schedule (Sa-Su)
From 15.07.2007 to 30.08.2007 ´Weekend` daily schedule (Mo – Su)
From 30.08.2007 to 31.12.2007 ´Workday` schedule (Mo – Fr)
Modify Yearly Schedule
Setup schedule for specific days (period) of the year.
1. In the tree, click on the Yearly schedules folder. On the right pane, the yearly
schedule is displayed for a defined time range.
2. Define time range to be displayed as follows:
a. Click on arrow in Start Date and click on start date in the calendar.
b. In Week Range, select the week range.
