Startup Messages
When you reboot or power on the PIX Firewall, a list of startup messages appear on the console screen.
The list of startup messages is described in the following sections:
• First Messages
• Installing for the First Time or Installing an Activation Key
• After the Prompts
• Writing Different Versions of the Configuration to Flash Memory
• Writing the Same Version of the Configuration to Flash Memory
• Configuration Version Message
First Messages
