Care and cleaning
Turn off power supply before checking care or cleaning

Do not wash inside air conditioner yourself
If washing inside the air conditioner is necessary, request service from the
supplier or the Toshiba Service Center.
Incorrect washing may cause a water leakage, electric shock or fi re due to
damage of resin parts or insuffi cient insulation of electrical parts.
Care of the outside casing
Clean if the outside casing is dirty
Indoor unit
Wipe with a soft dry cloth
If dirt is not cleaned with a dry cloth, wipe with a
soft damp cloth with warm water (40°C or less).
Remote controller
Wipe with a soft dry cloth
Do not wash with water. It may cause a fault.
Notes
•
Do not use alcohol, petroleum, thinners, glass cleaner or polishing powder. It may damage the product.
•
Do not rub or touch for a long period with a chemical wipe. It may cause deterioration or stripping of materials.
